Ogier's commitment to its people recognised with platinum STEP employer accreditation

Ogier has been named a platinum Employer Partner by the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), recognising the firm's global commitment to the development and wellbeing of its employees.

STEP employer accreditation is awarded following a rigorous review process, which takes into account the entirety of the firm's offering for employees, including Ogier's investment in learning and development, its progressive approach to performance management, proactive provision of opportunities for employees to build their networks and its nurturing of a positive work and learning environment.

This is the latest recognition of Ogier's Private Wealth and broader offering across multiple locations and teams, including top-tier rankings for the Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey teams in the latest Chambers HNW Guide, and the firm being named litigation team of the year, and Guernsey and Jersey law firms of the year, at the 2022 Citywealth IFC Awards.
