Ogier's BVI in Europe team advises New Century on its Nasdaq IPO

Ogier's BVI in Europe team acted as BVI counsel to New Century Logistics (BVI) Limited on its initial public offering on Nasdaq. 

New Century, a BVI incorporated company, announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 1,500,000 ordinary shares. The offering was priced at US$4 per share. 

Shares began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol NCEW on 18 December 2024.

New Century's wholly owned subsidiary, New Century Logistics Company Limited, is a Hong Kong-based business specialising in the logistics of air and ocean freight-forwarding.

Ogier's team was led by partners Marie-Claire Fudge and Simon Schilder, with support from senior associate Paul Heath, who worked closely with New Century's US counsel, Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP.
