Ogier advises VMED O2 on Euro 600 million TISE green bond listing

Ogier's Listing Services team has acted for telecommunications company VMED O2 UK on the listing of Euro 600 million 5.625% senior secured notes due 2032 on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) sustainable market segment.

The green bond has been issued in accordance with VMED O2's Green Bond Framework, which is aligned with the Green Bond Principles 2021, as administered by the International Capital Market Association. The proceeds will be used to finance and / or refinance projects and existing VMED O2 eligible green projects.

The Ogier team was led by partner Raulin Amy, director of Ogier Corporate Finance Limited, and included partner Oliver Richardson, and counsels Emily Renouf and Lucy Chambers.
