Ogier advises Shimao on US$395 million sale of London real estate

Ogier in Jersey has advised Shimao Group on the US$395 million sale of Sancroft at St Paul’s in the City of London.
The office building is a 303,000 square foot, grade A property located at 15 Newgate Street. It was purchased by the Shanghai-based developer in 2015.
The Ogier team was led by partners Simon Dinning and Alexander Curry and included senior associate Chloe Watson-Hill and associate Alexandra Jones who acted alongside Baker & McKenzie LLP in London.
