Ogier advises Haymaker Acquisition Corp. 4 on its US$230 million initial public offering on NYSE

Ogier's team in the Cayman Islands has advised Haymaker Acquisition Corp. 4 on its $230 million initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange.

Haymaker Acquisition Corp. 4 (Haymaker) is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), which aims to acquire and operate a business in the consumer sector.

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands counsel on the initial public offering (IPO). The team was led by partner Bradley Kruger with support from managing associate Tommy Tuohy, associate Marcus Hallan and articled clerk Wray Sulisz.
