Competition law

We advise on all aspects of competition law in Jersey and Guernsey, not only where companies and businesses are being bought and sold but also where issues arise in relation to potentially anticompetitive arrangements or the abuse of a dominant position.

Dispute Resolution

We advise and represent clients in a wide range of contentious matters in our jurisdictions. Ogier's new lasting power of attorney questionnaire enables you, in your own space and time, to put together all of the information needed for us to draft lasting powers of attorney for you. Your answers to our questionnaire will be put into the required legal format and reviewed by our team before sending this to you so that you can make sure that the lasting powers of attorney reflect your wishes. We will then arrange a meeting at our offices where you will be able to sign your lasting powers of attorney before registering your lasting powers of attorney at the Greffe.
