We're a global firm with an international client base, but we've never taken our focus away from providing end-to-end legal services for businesses and high-net-worth individuals based in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland and Jersey, or relocating to these jurisdictions.
Our offering for clients in these locations is unique, encompassing all the services that companies and high-net-worth individuals need to relocate as a business and/or as an individual, set up and successfully manage their businesses in our jurisdictions, and effectively manage their personal wealth.
Alongside supporting the set-up of new businesses, we also provide comprehensive legal services to businesses already established in our jurisdictions, including business licencing and regulatory advice, commercial property law, contract law, data protection, employment law, corporate immigration, intellectual property, listings, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate finance law.
Our clients value having one central hub for all their legal requirements. We are also able to provide relevant corporate administration services in-house.
