Rebecca Brooke

Rebecca is an associate in the Corporate team. 

Background and experience

Rebecca is a law graduate from the University of Liverpool and has also studied with the University of Law, achieving a commendation in the Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Law. During her studies, Rebecca undertook many work placements as a paralegal to gain legal experience in various departments, including private wealth, corporate and litigation.

Since graduating, Rebecca worked as a paralegal in the banking and finance department of another leading offshore law firm. In 2020, she moved into finance as a senior funds administrator and specialised in real estate and private equity funds.

Rebecca completed her training contract to qualify as an English solicitor with Ogier Jersey in September 2024, qualifying into the corporate team. Throughout her training she completed seats in Banking, Corporate, Funds and Dispute Resolution.

In April 2024 Rebecca relocated to join the corporate team in Luxembourg.
