Kingston joined Ogier’s Corporate team in Hong Kong in 2022.
Background and experience
Kingston was awarded a degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) with distinction at The University of New South Wales in Australia.
Prior to joining Ogier in 2022, Kingston gained experience with an international law firm and a “Red Circle” law firm in Hong Kong where he assisted several listed companies in complying with the listing rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. He also worked as a part-time paralegal in Sydney, Australia for almost three years when he was completing his studies. He assisted in corporate matters involving corporations and real estate developers in Australia with strong connections to the People’s Republic of China.
Kingston is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
