George specialises in non-contentious trust and fiduciary law and advises on a wide range of private client issues, including cross-border estate, succession and trust planning for a variety of professional trustees, family offices and high net worth individuals.

Background and experience

George specialises in non-contentious trust and fiduciary law and his experience includes:

  • Establishing multi-jurisdictional trust structures
  • Advising in relation to a multi-jurisdictional trust restructuring exercise
  • Advising on the use of trusts and other structures for asset protection purposes

Before joining Ogier in 2020, George spent over four years in London practising as a solicitor at Taylor Wessing LLP where he specialised in advising UK and non-UK domiciled individuals on their global asset structuring and UK tax and trust planning.

George studied History and Politics at Durham University before obtaining his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practise Course qualification at BPP University in London.

George is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
