Belinda Hartzenberg

Belinda advises clients on all aspects of Guernsey general corporate and commercial law, including banking and finance, regulatory, investment funds, asset management, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.

Background and experience

Belinda has a particular interest and focus on transactional work and projects, involving the establishment of new structures and general corporate governance, the acquisition or disposal of corporate entities/assets and restructuring. 

Belinda relocated to Guernsey after being admitted as an attorney of South Africa in October 2017. Belinda has been practicing corporate law in Guernsey since March 2018 during which time she also obtained her LLM with specialisation in International Air, Space and Telecommunications Law.
