Alexandra is a senior associate in the corporate law team in Jersey and part of Ogier's specialist BVI in Europe team. Alexandra has a range of experience in a number of corporate and investment funds matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, general corporate advisory matters and the formation, launch and ongoing maintenance of investment funds.
Background and experience
Alexandra qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in November 2018 and is a member of The Law Society of England and Wales.
Prior to joining Ogier, Alexandra worked at another offshore law firm in their Hong Kong office where she specialised in the formation, launch, ongoing maintenance and regulation of investment funds, including private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
Alexandra also has experience in a variety of banking and finance transactions, including fund finance and general corporate lending.
