Jonathan 递属我们香港办公室的银行与融资团队。Jonathan 就各类型的融资业务和公司重组业务提供英属维尔京群岛和开曼群岛的法律服务，包括结构性融资、不动产融资及一般企业贷款。Jonathan 在2019年4月加入奥杰的耿西岛办公室，其后完成了两年的实习并成为一位英格兰和威尔士律师。实习期间，Jonathan 于相关部门取得了银行与融资、争议解决及公司业务的经验
背景及经验
Jonathan 在2015年于英国萨塞克斯大学取得国际发展学士学位，其后于英国伦敦大学亚非学院（SOAS）完成修读两年的法律本科学位，及在2018年于法律大学（伦敦布卢姆茨伯里）取得律师执业资格证书。
Jonathan 会英文、广东话和普通话。
Jonathan 是受香港律师业协会监管的外国注册律师。
