在加入奥杰之前，莫律师曾在一所国际律师事务所的银行和金融团队里担任高级律师。
莫律师曾被委派到一家大型美国投资银行协助其投资银行部门的法律业务。她亦曾被委派到一家大型国际银行的杠杆和收购金融团队工作6个月。
莫律师毕业于英国华威大学，并取得法律与商业一级荣誉学位。她于2013年在香港大学完成了法学专业证书。
莫律师会流利的英文，广东话和普通话。
