Zoe Leung

Zoe is a legal manager in Ogier's Hong Kong Investment Fund team. Her practice focuses on the structuring and establishment of private funds, including private equity, venture capital, hedge and other hybrid fund arrangements. She also advises on regulatory compliance, co-investment and downstream transactions.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Zoe worked at another international law firm, specialising in investment funds and corporate matters. She primarily advises private equity clients on all stages of their life cycle including fund formation, downstream investment activities, co-investment activities and exit strategies.

Zoe is known for her ability to combine technical knowledge with a client-centric mindset and excellent people skills.

Zoe obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong.

She speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin and conversational Japanese.
