William joined Ogier in 2024 after successfully completing his commercial and chancery pupillage at a boutique London law firm. Before moving to Jersey, William appeared before the English High Court as a pupil barrister on several matters including ex parte applications and cost hearings. During his pupillage he also was a key member of teams litigating on various matters including a complex loan dispute, a breach of trust claim, and a multi-jurisdiction cryptocurrency recovery matter.
Before his pupillage, William spent several years as a paralegal at London firms where he joined teams acting for large financial institutions and litigating novel cryptocurrency disputes.
