Tessa Allen

Tessa is a manager at Ogier Global in Guernsey. She assists the director and managing director in fostering and building client relationships specialising in both private wealth and corporate services.

Tessa gained vast client relationship experience within the financial services sector for more than a decade, developing her knowledge in the Private Wealth and Corporate Services across multiple asset classes working with high net worth individuals and their families, advisors as well as institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions with structures including foundations, Companies, Funds and Pensions, discretionary / life interest trusts, private and public companies, PCCs and limited partnerships etc.

With excellent communication and management skills, Tessa takes pride in her attention to detail, high service levels and exceeding clients’ expectations. Utilising her experience and knowledge in client relationships, Tessa has a wealth of technical ability to offer new and existing clients, specialising in bespoke and complex arrangements.

Background and experience

Tessa studied legal, regulatory and governance through the CII and continues to maintain her knowledge regularly, keeping up with industry standards and regulation in the fiduciary market. She attends private wealth conferences and seminars to increase her exposure to like-minded professionals and keeping well informed of any changes to legislation and regulation.

Before joining Ogier, Tessa was part of one of the largest trust companies in Guernsey, specialising in PCCs for contractual pensions and annuities leading on to many other high-level trust management placements in the finance sector.
