Sylvia Lennon

Sylvia is an associate director in Ogier Global's Jersey team and has experience with a wide range of global clients in managing the establishment and administration of various types of corporate vehicles.

Background and experience

Sylvia has more than 20 years' experience within the fiduciary services industry, particularly in the establishment and corporate administration of a variety of offshore structures spanning a range of sectors including investment holding, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, debt structures, charitable causes, infrastructure and property.

Prior to joining Ogier in 2021, Sylvia managed a corporate administration services team as well as managing client relationships of entities within these sectors including being appointed as director and alternate director to the boards of a number of client entities.

Sylvia is an Associate of ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute.
