Shaheba Levons

Shaheba is a senior manager of Ogier Global, based in the British Virgin Islands. She has extensive experience with the establishment, administration and corporate governance of BVI entities on behalf of global clients.

Background and experience

Shaheba has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked in the BVI since 2007.

Her experience in offshore services includes covering investment funds, company registration and corporate secretarial functions, directorship services, liquidation services and compliance.

Additionally, she has worked in the Cayman Islands and across a range of industries in other Caribbean countries.

Prior to joining Ogier Global, Shaheba worked in various management roles where she was approved by the BVI Financial Services Commission as senior officer, where she led and managed teams of trust officers and corporate administrators.

Shaheba is a member of The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) and the Society of Trust and Real Estate Practitioners (STEP).
