Sabrina Leung 梁沁悌

Sabrina's practice focuses on the establishment and structuring of private equity funds, hedge funds and other closed ended and opened ended fund structures. She also has experience in general corporate matters, banking transactions and regulatory compliance.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier in 2018, Sabrina trained and worked at another international law firm, where she focused on investment funds, banking transactions and general regulatory matters. She has experience in advising on FCA-regulated funds and private funds, representing banks in financing transactions and advising on general regulatory matters.

Sabrina obtained her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2015 and 2013, respectively.
