Ross Crick

Ross is an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute and an associate director within Ogier Global's Jersey Corporate team. He has extensive experience managing various types of global corporate vehicles, with a particular focus on employee incentive trusts and nominee arrangements.

Background and experience

Ross has more than 20 years' experience in the offshore fiduciary services industry, working with a broad range of clients from multinational FTSE 100 companies to smaller private businesses, particularly in relation to the establishment and ongoing administration of a variety of offshore structures.

Prior to joining Ogier, Ross managed a corporate administration team providing services to corporate entities in various business sectors such as retail, real estate, biotech, healthcare, oil and gas, fintech and banking. Ross has previously co-presented online with Deloitte at Proshare and in the virtual lounge with the ESOP Centre.
