Rebecca Tarrant

Rebecca Tarrant is an associate solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team in Dublin, Ireland. Rebecca was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2020.

Background and experience

Rebecca advises domestic and international clients in a variety of litigation including international commercial disputes, shareholders disputes, corporate recovery and insolvency, enforcement of judgments, fraud and asset tracing and urgent court applications and investigations.

Rebecca also acts for both contractors and employers in construction disputes and represents insurers in professional indemnity disputes.

Prior to joining Ogier, Rebecca worked in a commercially focused legal practice where she gained considerable experience in dispute resolution/commercial litigation, debt recovery, banking and finance, data protection, restructuring and corporate recovery and real estate. 

Rebecca graduated from University College Dublin with a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages majoring jointly in Spanish and Italian. Following qualification in 2020, Rebecca obtained a Certificate in Commercial Mediation.
