Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier, Randa worked at Norton Rose Fulbright Hong Kong and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specialising in IPO and SPAC listings and Listing Rules compliance work in Hong Kong.
Randa graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She is qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales and speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
