Background and experience
Before joining Ogier, Raedean worked at a prominent Government office in the Cayman Islands as a paralegal. There, she was involved in preparing drafts of submissions, managing disclosure and attending hearings for trials.
Raedean completed her degree in Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies in 2020. She was the top performer for Public International Law, Tort, Contract, Commonwealth Caribbean Human Rights, Law of The Sea, Intellectual Property, Family Law and Law of Trusts. She obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with distinction from Oxford Brookes University in 2021. Raedean was awarded the O.L. Panton Memorial Prize for best performance over the Professional Practice Course and the Attorney General’s Trophy for best performance in the Qualifying Examination.
