Rachel Ward

Rachel is Ogier's Group HR Director, working alongside our Executive team. Rachel leads the HR & Development team working across all our locations with a focus on both the operational and strategic aspects of our 'People First ' strategy, as well as the ongoing development of the Ogier vision and culture.

Background and experience

Rachel joined Ogier in 2023 with 25 years' experience across a range of professional services and blue chip organisations, both in the UK and internationally. Most recently she was Head of Talent Development (EMEA) at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, having previously been Head of HR for the UK. Both roles required the delivery of complex HR transformation and cultural change projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Originally a French and Politics graduate of Nottingham Trent University, Rachel is currently studying for a Masters in Organisational Psychology at the University of London (Birkbeck).

Rachel is a CEDR accredited Commercial, Workplace and Employment Mediator (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution).
