Background and experience
Rachel has a strong background working on high-value European real estate financing transactions with private equity sponsors. Before joining Ogier, Rachel was part of the finance team in the London office of a US firm, where she specialised in real estate finance and was seconded to the London branch of TD Securities as legal counsel. A graduate of the University Nottingham, she has also been part of the banking and finance teams of two other large UK firms.
