Osahon specialises in banking and corporate finance and has extensive experience advising clients on diverse transactions including, project finance, leveraged finance, structured finance, debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Background and experience
Before joining Ogier in 2022, Osahon was part of the finance team at a leading Nigerian law firm, Templars, where he specialised in diverse financings, capital markets and M&A transactions. He graduated from the University of Essex in 2018 with first class honours, winning the best prize in commercial law, and qualified as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2019. He has been involved in various landmark corporate transactions in West Africa.
