Nkechi Hokstad

Nkechi is a managing associate and Jersey Corporate law expert based in Ogier's London team. Described by Legal 500 as 'intelligent, personable and pragmatic in equal measure', Nkechi has a wide range of experience dealing with corporate and commercial matters, particularly in relation to acquisition finance, corporate advisory work and private funds.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier in 2024, Nkechi was part of a financial services law team at an offshore law firm in London, specialising in Jersey law matters. She was named a Rising Star in the Legal 500 for offshore firms in London.

A graduate of King’s College London, she trained, qualified and practised with a leading Magic Circle law firm.
