Nicola Carroll

Nicola is global corporate social responsibility (CSR) Manager at Ogier. She leads the delivery of the firm's CSR strategy across all our jurisdictions.

Background and experience

Nicola joined Ogier in 2023 and has a background in CSR, marketing and communications.

Nicola has more than 15 years' experience working in professional and financial services, managing strategic CSR, internal and external communications, employee engagement, employer brand and marketing programmes. Prior to working in professional services, Nicola held communications and CSR roles for a leading global beverages brand in London.

Nicola graduated from Brunel University in 1994 with a degree in Business Studies.
