Nathalie Roberts (nee Le Cuirot)

Nathalie is an associate in Ogier's Local Legal Services team, specialising in estate planning, wills and probate.

Background and experience

Nathalie joined the Local Legal Services team as an associate having completed her training contract with Ogier.

Nathalie deals with a broad variety of clients and provides advice on: post death issues such as forced heirship, the registration of immovable and movable wills, the role and rights of executors, heirs and beneficiaries, lasting powers of attorney and advanced decision to refuse treatment.

Nathalie also specialises in estate administration and local and international probate work, which includes obtaining Jersey grants of probate for non-domiciliaries from around the world. She also assists with registering powers of attorney with the Jersey courts for non-domiciliaries with Jersey assets.
