Manon Hillenbrand

Manon advises clients on various types of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including real estate finance, asset finance and acquisition finance. Her experience includes advising issuers on regulatory and corporate governance topics involving Luxembourg issuers, both regulated and unregulated, alongside regulatory disclosure and notification topics affecting issuers whose securities are listed and admitted to trading on the regulated and EuroMTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. She advises on submissions of listing and admission to trading applications to the LuxSE and Luxembourg Green Stock Exchange. Manon is currently based in the Cayman office.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Manon was an associate in the banking and finance department of another international firm.

She holds a transnational law bachelors degree from the University of Luxembourg and holds a masters degree from the University of Montpellier in France in private economic law. Her masters research paper addressed the integrity of consent under French law in smart contracts.

Manon has contributed to industry publications, including Lexnow 2021's "Focus on Real Estate Finance."

Manon is fluent in Luxembourgish, English, French and German.
