Background and experience

Specialising in cross-jurisdictional structures, Maggie oversees hundreds of portfolios encompassing investment funds, IPOs, and special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Her deep technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, governance, and compliance ensures clients meet evolving obligations while optimizing operational efficiency. Beyond day-to-day management, she supports clients in coordinating with external stakeholders to streamline processes, allowing clients to focus on core business priorities and investment strategies.  

Maggie’s ability to harmonise Ogier Global’s multidisciplinary services including corporate administration, fund governance, regulatory consulting, and legal advisory, has solidified her reputation in dealing with complex, multi-layered client needs. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Corporate Governance) and driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, she combines academic rigour with hands-on experience to foster client success.
