Kris Rive

Kris is a manager within the Ogier Global Real Estate team in Jersey, servicing a variety of complex real estate structures across commercial and residential sectors. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of administrators.

Background and experience

Before joining the Ogier Global Jersey Real Estate team in November 2021, Kris worked for a global corporate service provider for eight years servicing a variety of far eastern clients investing in UK situs commercial and residential property. Kris has experience with Jersey Property Unit Trust vehicles and has predominantly worked with sovereign wealth and high-profile clients.

Kris qualified as a Chartered Secretary/Governance Professional in 2022 and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI). In 2022, she passed the CGI Qualifying Programme 'Boardroom Dynamics' exam with a 94% distinction. Kris was awarded the C R Heathcock prize by CGI UK & Ireland for the best Boardroom Dynamics paper in the November 2021 examination session. This prize is awarded to the most exemplary student in the module and was the highest marked paper in the sitting across the UK and Ireland.

In 2020, Kris was shortlisted for Jersey Finance's Rising Star award in the Trust and Corporate division.
