Before joining Ogier in 2019 Kate Morel was part of the Government of Jersey’s Policy and Strategy team.
For 18 years, Kate was responsible for developing and introducing Jersey’s employment and discrimination legislation, including the establishment of the Jersey Employment and Discrimination Tribunal in 2005 and supporting the Employment Forum.
