Karina McGrath

Karina is an associate director in the Irish Debt Capital Markets team within Ogier Global. She is experienced across a range of corporate services and has extensive knowledge of aircraft leasing and structured finance transactions. The Irish DCM team provides specialist Corporate Services to Irish-domiciled SPVs including entity establishment, the provision of management services and ongoing corporate administration, including regulatory and statutory registrations and filings, as applicable.

Background and experience

Karina has more than 20 years' financial services experience. Previously, Karina held the position of Vice President Corporate Solutions with a global financial services provider where she oversaw the establishment, management, and growth of various structured finance and aviation leasing platforms.

Karina has an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework applicable to Irish special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Karina also acts as a director on a number of Irish incorporated SPVs.

Karina has a Bachelor (Hons) of Business and Economics from South East Technological University (SETU), a Professional Certificate in Compliance from UCD and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
