Jill Mojica

Jill is an Associate Director with Ogier Global, providing investor onboarding and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) regulatory compliance, ensuring that clients meet their regulatory requirements in the Cayman Islands.

Background and experience

Jill has more than 20 years' experience in financial services, primarily in hedge fund accounting, investor services and regulatory compliance. Over the past 15 years Jill has held senior roles at various international fund administration firms. She was an account manager for over seven years at Citco Fund Services Cayman in hedge fund accounting where she managed a team of accountants and administrators. As a manager in investor services at another fund administration firm in Cayman she managed a team of administrators focused on primarily on investor onboarding. Jill was also Vice President of investor services at an international trust and corporate management company, where she managed a team of administrators responsible for all aspects of the daily registrar and transfer agent services to their hedge fund clients.

In her most recent role prior to joining Ogier, Jill was an associate director in regulatory compliance at an international governance firm in based in Cayman, where she had oversight of a multijurisdictional clientele ensuring they meet their AEOI regulatory requirements giving her comprehensive knowledge and experience of AEOI requirements across global jurisdictions.

Jill is a member of 100 Women in Finance and the Hedge Fund Association.
