Jessica is a managing associate in Ogier's Cayman Islands Investment Funds group. Jessica advises many of the firm's key hedge and private equity clients, as well as emerging and start up asset managers on the establishment, regulation, governance and ongoing operation of open-ended and closed-ended funds.
Jessica began her career as a corporate lawyer at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Sydney, Australia in 2014 where she gained extensive experience advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and equity capital markets.
Jessica joined Ogier's Investment Funds team in the Cayman Islands in 2017 and now specialises in the establishment, regulation, governance and ongoing operation of open-ended and closed-ended funds. Jessica is also part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team and has broad experience in fund formation, capital raising and downstream corporate advisory.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney in 2013 and is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
