Jess Mok

Jess Mok works within Ogier’s Banking and Finance team in Hong Kong. She has extensive experience advising on a broad range of debt financing transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, financings for privatisation, margin lending and secured and unsecured general corporate lending.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Jess was a senior associate in the banking and finance team of a magic circle law firm. 

Jess was previously seconded to a leading US investment bank to assist with its investment banking division. She also did a six month secondment to a major international bank’s leveraged and acquisition finance team.

Jess is a graduate of the University of Warwick in the UK where she obtained a first class degree in Law and Business Studies. She completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong in 2013.

Jess speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
