Jennifer Cox

Jennifer advises on a wide variety of corporate and banking transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border real estate and fund finance transactions, restructuring and corporate recovery.

Background and experience

Jennifer advises on a wide variety of banking and corporate transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance.  She frequently acts for both lenders and borrowers in relation to multi-jurisdictional bilateral and syndicated facilities and refinancing.  Jennifer also has experience in relation to complex restructuring and insolvency matters and advising creditors and grantors on security enforcement.

Jennifer joined Ogier's Jersey Banking & Finance team in September 2013.  In August 2019 Jennifer worked in Ogier's knowledge management team, providing advice to the banking & finance and corporate teams across the firm in all jurisdictions, before re-joining the Jersey Banking & Finance team in February 2022.
