Hadrien Brémon

Hadrien is counsel in the Luxembourg Tax practice at Ogier. With more than 10 years of practice, he regularly advises some of the largest private equity and investment funds' sponsors and investors, as well as leading financial institutions in Luxembourg. He also advises on the international tax aspects of investment structuring.

Background and experience

Hadrien is a seasoned tax lawyer with in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg market and investment structures. He has deep experience in dealing with mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, joint-ventures and international tax planning. He further developed particular expertise in advising on the Luxembourg tax aspects of complex securitisation, structured finance and repackaging products.

Prior to joining Ogier, Hadrien was managing associate in the tax department of a leading law firm in Luxembourg. He is a graduate from the University of Strasbourg, France, where he holds a postgraduate degree in business and tax laws (DJCE). Hadrien is dual-qualified in both France and Luxembourg (Paris and Luxembourg Bars).

He has published several articles on anti-abuse concepts and exchange of information area.
