Gareth Parr

Gareth is a senior associate in Ogier's Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey and provides advice on all aspects of corporate and commercial disputes, including insolvency and trust disputes. Gareth also has experience with banking, funds and property disputes.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier in 2021 Gareth was part of a Guernsey-based law firm's dispute resolution team, where he provided advisory services on a wide range of commercial disputes including trust, insolvency and property law.

A graduate of the University of Pretoria, he has also been part of Moodie & Robertson's litigation and property law team in Johannesburg, South Africa where he specialised in credit, property and insolvency law.

Gareth is a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa and the Guernsey International Legal Association.
