Fabiana Popescu

Fabiana is a senior associate in Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg, working on a range of banking and finance transactions.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier, Fabiana worked at a leading real estate investment fund, advising on corporate law and previously worked at a Luxembourg law firm, where she advised clients on a range of banking matters.

Fabiana holds a Bachelor of Laws degree in English Law from the University of Leicester, a Licence in Law from the University of Strasbourg and a Master (M1) in European and International Law from the University of Strasbourg.

Fabiana is fluent in Romanian, English and French and has a basic understanding of German and Luxembourgish.
