Eileen O'Rahelly

Eileen is a company secretary within the Irish Corporate and Fiduciary Services team, Ogier Global.

Eileen provides corporate secretarial services and support to domestic and international client companies, and assists the directors of those companies with their corporate governance and company secretarial requirements.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier in 2023, Eileen previously worked with global accountancy firm and was a Company Secretary with an independent Trust and Corporate Services Provider in Dublin.

Eileen is a graduate of the University of Ulster where she received a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2011 and subsequently received a Masters in Management and Corporate Governance with the University of Ulster in 2013. She has over eight years' experience as a Company Secretary and has involvement in with matters ranging from company formation to dissolution.
