Donna is a director of Ogier Global (Jersey) with responsibility for the Channel Islands teams in Jersey and Guernsey operations. The teams in Jersey and Guernsey comprise of experienced qualified company secretaries, trust and company administrators and accountants with focus on the establishment and ongoing corporate administration of corporate vehicles.

Background and experience

Donna is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales with 20+ years' experience in the offshore finance sector. She specialises in the establishment and administration of corporate offshore vehicles and has extensive experience in providing professional company administration and director services.

Donna has extensive expertise across all aspects of corporate activity including asset holding, investment structuring, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, reorganisation and restructuring for the real estate, natural resources, banking, financial and fund sectors.
