David is an associate in Ogier’s BVI Dispute Resolution team which has particular expertise in advising clients in relation to trust disputes, civil fraud and asset tracing, restructuring and insolvency and commercial litigation.
Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier and qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, David read law at the University of Liverpool and gained offshore litigation experience in the Cayman Islands during his studies. More recently, David obtained a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics where he specialised in corporate and commercial law before completing the Accelerated Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
