David Al Mari

David is counsel in Ogier's Luxembourg office and is involved in a wide range of international corporate M&A, corporate finance and commercial transactions in all areas of corporate law. David also regularly advises on restructuring and insolvency matters.

Background and experience

David is a seasoned corporate M&A lawyer with in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg law, acquisition structures and restructuring solutions.

He is a graduate of Montpellier University in France where he holds a postgraduate degree in international commercial law.

David is admitted to practise in Luxembourg and previously worked for several years with two other law firms in Luxembourg before joining Ogier.

He is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
