Conor Boden

Conor Boden is a senior associate in the Investment Funds team at Ogier in Dublin. Conor practices financial services law and advises on the structuring, establishment, marketing and sale of Irish domiciled investment vehicles (including UCITS and AIFs structured as ICAVs, ILPs, CCFs, unit trusts) as well as providing advice to the service providers of those investment vehicles.

Background and experience

Conor has extensive experience in private practice with a leading Irish law firm and in-house, both in Dublin and in Switzerland. He has advised on the structuring and sale of investment funds, as well as the provision of investment advice to investment fund service providers. This experience of both private practice and in house funds legal roles is reflected in his astute, commercial and pragmatic approach both in client work and industry engagements and contributions.

Conor is a member of the Irish Funds Legal and Regulatory Working Group.
