Connie Chan 陈丽芬

Connie is an associate director of Ogier Global in Singapore. With extensive experience in corporate secretarial services, she provides a full suite of services to a broad range of Singapore companies. Communicating directly with clients, she advises them on Singapore company formations and all aspects of statutory administration and annual compliance.

Background and experience

Connie also takes on ad hoc projects, such as attending board and committee meetings of private limited companies. Before joining Ogier, Connie worked in established law firms and corporate consultancy companies in Singapore, where she advised clients on compliance requirements under the Companies Act, Chapter 50, and has acted as an independent scrutineer for companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Connie graduated from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London and is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). She holds a Practising Chartered Secretary Certificate from CSIS and a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Connie is fluent in Cantonese, English, Hokkien and Mandarin.
