Clodagh is a senior associate in Ogier's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, with nine years' Post Qualification Experience.
Clodagh has extensive experience in advising financial institutions, receivers, funds and private clients in relation to Banking Litigation disputes.
She regularly provides advices in relation to loan book sales and security related matters, and has experience in high-volume loan recovery work for businesses, as well as banks and other lenders operating in the Irish market.
Clodagh joined the Dublin team in August 2022. Her specialist areas include financial services, debt and security enforcement and regulation and compliance.
She has represented clients in all courts and has appeared as an advocate in the District Court.
Clodagh is a graduate of University College Cork, where she received a Bachelor of Civil Law.
