Chula is the In House Counsel Director for Ogier. She leads the In House Counsel team which provides in-house legal, corporate governance, policy and procedures and data protection services across the Ogier business.

Background and experience
Chula commenced her current role with Ogier in 2020. Prior to this, she was Counsel within Ogier Jersey's banking and finance team where she specialised in providing legal advice to institutional clients within the Real Estate Finance sector. Chula also spent a year on secondment with the in-house legal team at HSBC Bank plc (Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
Chula began her legal career with Ogier in 2005 and subsequently trained with the firm, where she qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2009 and was called to the Jersey Bar as an Advocate of the Royal Court in 2015. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe.
